Actually, I had a rep test drive mine for the DRC and he agreed something in the tranny wasnt kosher.. they basically just told me they were going to replace it under warranty... didnt mention any codes ..

Ok good. I didnt think you had the TC code. With such a late build that would be against the curve for this theory.
BTW your old car has been up for sale for several months.
