Beautiful example of a well sorted and warrantied RS6! Good luck with sale.

Question how were you able to get Audi to underwrite a transferable Platinum Bumper to Bumper Warranty that covers it up till 108,600 miles OR till DEC 2019? Seems like that is becoming difficult to do with reputable warranty firms (Fidelity, Audi pure protection etc) for cars older than 9 model years. please advise us who underwrites the warranty and how you were able to get it attached to the RS6.

Seems like the warranty has been paying off BTW & again GLWS. BTW why are you selling?
Current: Black Pearl Metallic Effect/Ebony, RNS-E, Euro + pedals, oCarbon, Hotchkiss Front & Rear Sway Bars, Koni Yellow's

Thank you nistah, I was able to get one through a dealership I worked for in Minnesota as a Finance Director on 12/16 even though I didn't buy the car through them and the name of the company is Resource Automotive who is part of Assurant now. I went through them being that my own Credit union that did the Financing when I bought the car wouldn't give me one for it and neither would the other Warranty company that we used at the dealership. As you said most people will not cover a car of that age and the only reason that resource did it is because the miles were so low therefore gave me Power train options AND Bumper to Bumper options as well so I went with a 3 year 45,000 mile option which wasn't cheap by any means. Everything in the Warranty world when I'm selling those types or products for cars that are expensive to repair and older age makes them high risk with high costs to cover obviously. I believe the cost of that warranty was $6,300 and the one up from that that I decided to pass on jumped to $8,100. I wasn't willing to go with that being I didn't see myself keeping the car that long and wasn't even sure if I would even keep it the 3 years based on my past track record of keeping cars for less than 3 years usually. BUT I knew that it would be a GREAT selling point with this car with repair costs being so high and most people don't have a warranty on this car anymore. They have NEVER given the Audi Dealership any problems with fighting to pay for ANY issue I had and could put who ever is interested in buying it in touch with the Service Adviser always dealt with to confirm what I'm saying. They are a very reputable company and not just good to me but all the Warranties I've sold to customers I sold them to over the 6 years I worked there. I can send a picture of the Warranty contract I have for the car to anybody that is interested in buying the car. I'm selling it because this was my second RS6 and loved both but now I'm looking to buy a GTR next spring or possibly RS5 and Supercharge it.
