19" wheels are going to give you a problem as far as stock tire size is concerned. Closest comparables are:

265/35-19 (1% larger) - speedo will read slower than actual speed
275/30-19 (2% smaller) - speedo will read faster than actual speed

Either way, you're throwing the speedo off enough to affect actual vs. presented mileage.

Very closest match I could find in a wider tire:
295/30-19 (<.25% smaller) - speedo will be nearly correct
But then you're going to end up rubbing on the inner fender well and casting nub on the suspension upright.

Personally, I'd recommend sticking with the tried and true, easy to find 255/35-19 - lots of late model sporty cars use them, and unless you're highly modified, you're not making the kind of power to break loose all 4 at once.
255/35-19 (0.02% smaller) - makes less difference than brand new vs. well-worn tread difference
