Update, found fuse #32 (ecu fuse). Replaced it and it tried to start then blew again. What could be shorting fuse #32? Visual inspection doesn't uncover any grounded wires.

Driver's side, near front of the frame rail.

That does make total sense......the last couple of days I have seen small coolant puddles being left under that exact same location. Then this 'shut down' happens. Guessing this valve runs on the same circuit as my injectors and ECU?
Need to replace this valve.
