If it's only that noise you recorded (slight rev-up, just off idle, short subtle "rattle") - yes, every RS6 I've seen had done that, and it's normal. Cam advance is getting activated very early on these.
But do you also experience any nasty noises on cold startup, apart from the "long sit" lifter clatter you mentioned?
