TT Mk2 engine rumour.

The new Audi TT Mk2 will have by introduction a 2.0T FSI engine with 220 hp and a 3.2 VR6 engine with 250 hp.
Later there will be following a 2.0T FSI with 170 hp.

But the engine rumour is that there will be a "TTS" with a high performance version of the Q7 3.6 FSI engine producing ± 330 hp.
German "Auto Motor und Sport" have also mentioned that the TT will get a 3.6 V6 with 330 hp.

What about the 3.2V6 FSI of the Roadjet concept with 300 bhp? I could not imagine they don't make a concept engine for notihing

That is a longitudinal mounted engine and will not fit transverse under the bonnet of the new TT.
That engine will be used in the new A4 and is also useble in the A6, A8 and Q7.

A4 with 300 horsepower, which means that the S4 and the RS4 are going to be more powerful, and they will blow away the competition. go audi, and we all know that we wont loose any horsepower at all, i mean who has an audi and have trouble with wheel spin??? of course not with K-mart tires... long live quattro

I'm pretty sure that by the time that engine comes out, the S4 will have a HP increase.

The S4 will get a 4.2 V8 FSI engine with 357 bhp.

There's also a rumour about a Twin Turbo 2.0 that Audi has been experimenting with. Similar to the Twin Charged 1.4l, only using a small+big turbo combination. Output somewhere north of 300hp.

The rumour say ± 330 hp from that 2.0 litre Bi-turbo engine.

Yeah that pic has been called a fake, and it would be too expensive of an engine for a car like this I think. If the rumors of a VW R36 are true, then we could very well see that high performance engine in a future TT.
