november 2005- tokyo: S8 and shooting brake concept
december 2005- (R10- still, it counts)
january 2006- S6
march 2006- TT and RS4 avant and allroad (expected)
then it will be a painfullyL O N G wait for the grand finale
september 2006- A5/S5 and R8
and later...
march 2007- RS6

nah he said 4.2 so it is the old S6.
The new one is still to come and will more than likely be something like a 315Kw V10. Slightly detuned S8 engine.
I took a look at the "S6" again today, and I have to apologise: it was just a regular new A6 w/ the 4.2 V8 and the s-line package

Unfortunately my father is leaning towards and M6 and he plans to buy it in Jan/Feb next year.
The M6 is a great car and the only BMW I really would like to own but I would much rather have the new S8 or the RS6.
Sadly I might soon be without a Quattro to play with
Hope Audi bring out something great with the next RS6 and I hope the sound of thunder is back even though it will be a V10. Gotta love the rumble!

the new model barrage by audi is truly making this the "year of sport" for audi.
with the S6, S8, Q7, RS4 variants, and now the TT next month audi had taken us for a heck of a ride. i suspect that this was well planned by audi. after april things will be quiet except for maybe the release of the S3 prior to september. why?
the grand finale. i can't get tired of saying it. i am now convinced that paris will be the debut of the R8
an official press release placed the A5 introduction in the 2007 CY-probably detroit or afterwards. CY 2007 i predict the S5/TTS/and new A4 (frankfurt)
the only question is the Q5 concept. maybe paris (but that doesn't really concern me)
