everything is great about R9 but audi, for god sake, keep the lights the way they are on concept model. that's one of the coolest feature I noticed on R9.

Germany is much more restricted.
Much Amercian cars will never get an number-plate in Germany.
Even sidepipes are forbidden.
The german "TÜV" is very strict in such causes.

The TUV is definately more strick in a safety and quality sense, but nothing compared to US political ignorance. Safety has nothing to do with it. It's all about the greenbacks.
