    ....
    64 : Audi RS2
    ....
    45 : E46 M3
    ....
    41 : 996 TT
    ....

Jeremy Clarkson rates the Jaguar E-Type as nr. 1 in his Top 100 Video.

As the most beautifull, i could agree with that, not as the best sportscar. I think the Mclaren is fine

Well, what about being the best sports car for the time the cars were actually released? The Cobra 427 was released at the end of the 60s and made the life of all available Ferraris pretty hard given that they went unbeaten for years before.

I'm not sure why you're trying to compare their performance to today's cars (although they probably still hold up quite well).

Oh, and closing off: This topic is indeed about the most beautiful car. Not the best sports car.

Well, i didn't tried a thing, i found this myself in a car magazine.
second, they weren't only comparing perfomance, but feeling,.... they've tried to make an list of all legendary and memorable (is this english ??? well i don't know else how to say it) sportscars al through the years. the oldest car was from 1904 so of course it can't hold up with the Mclaren.

Yep, but i thought it was in reply to my earlier post ; a list of the best sportscars.

Oki Audi make great cars, but how can they rate RS4 higher then cars like GT2 and GT3?? Very strange, i mean Porsche is a true sportscar and the GT2, GT3 must be better then the RS4 in every moment.

Yep, I have to admit that it doesn't sounds logic, i'm sure the GT3 is a much better sportscar, but it's just one in off the many, i think they've rated the RS4 higher because it's a special, original concept : Porsche perfomance in an "ordinary" break, that makes it more legendary, unforgetable.
