    Detroit Auto Show (NAIAS) on NBC-TV this Sunday, 1 pm Eastern in US

    As a Motown native I can tell you this event started getting serious & very big about 8-10 years ago, and it is truly spectacular now. Crowds are so big that you'll find it much more relaxing to watch on TV rather than taking the trouble to go there.

    I think this is a "first" in that I don't recall any of the US TV networks ever devoting a special program to an auto show...until now.
