I don`t think I`m gonna change the steering wheel because I want the airbag

I had OZ Superturismo on my old TT and Nrm has Superleggera on his TT, and I want something no one else has. I`ve considered Work wheels (http://www.work-wheels.ch)

And that DMC Concept wing, anyone knows where do get it ? I`d tried to mail them but they never answer. I really like that DMC wing.

This is what I was talking about the MTM BimoTo :

...really like it better than the other... not for the scoops or holes , but for the rear wing
and the 3 way exhaust outlet...

ABT : in that case I don`t know, mine are Antera`s type 321 on 18" and I quite like them a lot .... you could always rely on BBS wihich look awesome on TT`s but if I find somethinf that I REALLY like I will tell you ok ?

About the steering wheel that is the old problem.... change security for the looks? that`s a risk that some would take and some won`t... I haven`t changed mine yet but I`m tempted every day

    Cheers

    ABT Limited!

Nice to see you here aswell! If Im not misstaken, you are registered at nordicaudi aswell, but under another nick! Anyways: Welcome!

I know what you mean with the OZ superleggera, they are quite common at least here in sweden! And If your getting new wheels Id go for 18" its large enough on the little TT And it wont do to much to the performance! Have a look at hoTTubs roadster, he has a relly nice set of alloys! Otherwise I like the BBS challenge but they are sadly quite common aswell! Nice winterwheels!

Where in norway do you live?
"Pelle75" here at the forum can get you nice prices on HR! Send him a PM and check that out!

Robo: the steering wheel was really nice, but if im changing mine it will be for a sparco one
www.maniaracing.com was a easier site to navigate if you only speak english! They had all the isotta products!

TT: I used to have a link to DMC, ill try to find it and post it here! Im still at work so Ill get it when I get home!

Nrn if you punch the link at the isotta page named "shop online" an uplink goes directly to mania racing, which is nothing but isottaīs premier online catalog shop

The DMC link page : http://www.audi-tt-tuning.de/ .. although it is in German do as follows to see it in english :

Go to www.babelfish.altavista.com and put in the web page white box the DMC page address put the choice to translate from german to english and hit go ! Then you will see the page translated into englis, it is awesome !!! And I too love their DTM type rear wing .. Enjoy !!!!

As for the wheels I have some options taken from other owners, hope you like them :

    These are Khan RS-S

Here you can se them mounted :

    These Sporttecs look nice :

These are mine , Antera type 321 :

These are BRAID, some spanish (and original) ones .. mounted on a Gillet Vertigo ....their webpage is www.braid.es and they got really good wheels ... EVEN IF YOU MAKE YOUR OWN DESIGN AND SEND IT TO THEM THEY WILL ADVICE YOU AND MAKE IT FOR YOU !!! you canīt be more original than this , can you ??? Their page is in spanish but they have an english option as well......

Took me a while to find everything.. hope you like it

    Cheers

Picture of the Audi DTM TT taken by me at Essen 2002 with EOS 5.

Apart from the wheel, there are a few other details as well which are different from the standard TT.

A really nice wheel, probably very light as well.

Some wheels from Abt. Just a few...

    Abt TT-limited II

The Abt sport wheel SP is the latest highlight in Abt Sportsline’s wheel programme. With the SP1, Abt presents a one-piece wheel in 19 inch size for the first time. The SP comes in two versions: as SP1 in 8.5 x 19 ET 32 and as SP0 in the size 8.5 x 18 ET 30.

    Abt - Unknown wheel name

    From Abt Roadster

    Abt Widebody

    Abt TT Sport

    Abt TT Sport Roadster

And that Ladies & Gentlemen is enough for tonight... :cool2:

Nrn: Tjena Nicke! As you said earlier I`m registered on www.nordicaudi.com under another nick (DenimTT). The Kahn wheels on the Porsche 996 Turbo are only available in 19" And I think 19 looks too big on TT. I agree that the ABT wheels on the Widebody TT are nice. I haven`t seen any TT with the ABT styling so therefor I ordered it, the spoiler right above the exhuast can you get in 2 versions. With or without carbon in the middle. I`m trying to order this without order the exhaust, but I`m not sure it`s possible beacuse someone said ABT not selling it seperate. And when the price here in Norway is almost 20.000,- I can`t just buy the whole when I don`t need the exhaust. Because I will get a custom made Ferrita exhaust from some pals here in Norway. I`m doing a little work for them and in return they give me very good price on wheels/tires and other stuff

And about that DMC wing, my problem is who`s gonna mount it? Do you think ACE would do it? Maybe if I buy coilover+chip from them at the same time they would do it for me?

Robo BeasTT: I Know the Sportecs are nice, but I want wheels with polished lip.

Erik B: You can be very sure that my "girl" not gonna wear those RS4/RS6/TT(V6/S-Line)-wheels

Okay, I have a little problem...I think I`m in love with the those Work wheels on that silver TT a postet a picture of little earlier. But then, If I buy them someone will have the same wheels as I have. I talked to this guy with the silver TT last summer (2002). He was selling his TT and I wanted to buy his wheels, but he refused to sell them to me

ABT: I have to agree those work wheels are really nice, who bought the TT from that guy then? If he isnt putting on show I wouldīnt worry about buying the same alloys!

No the ABT styling isnīt very common in sweden either, but I like it! So go for it Cant you get someone to buy the catback exhaust from you? Its kind of weird if they have to sell it all as one piece?!

About the DMC Wing Iīm sure ACE will help you out if you buy the chip and coilovers from him! He mounted my new seats that I bought from "pelle75" here at RS6. The Clubsport chassi from hohenester is great, so go for thjose coilovers! But mind you its quite stiff and you wont have much comfort left Buts thats just race

Nice to get the ferrita and the the wheels cheap! Always nice to cut costs! Good luck with all your plans and plz keep us updated!

Nrn: I don`t know who bought his TT I`m trying to find out. I remember I didn`t see that TT on any of the big carmeets the last months so maybe the new owner prefer a low profile?

The ABT grill has arrived, I`m waiting for the front spoiler now. That person who buys the catback echaust from me must have the back spoiler otherwise the exhaust won`t fit. If you don`t want to have a homemade spoiler then But I`ve come up with an idea now to get it. If I say I already have the spoiler+exhaust and tell them that I`ve hit by a car and my spoiler is broken and I need a new one. This should work, don`t you agree ?

I always hear good things about Anders Carlsson (ACE). He knows his work well. So I`ll ask them when it`s time! I`ve read about the Clubsport chassi from hohenester, isn`t this for pure race? not daily driving and showoff? I don`t think I need anything more than KW version 2 kit.

What kind of seats do you have? I`ve considered sparco seats.
    http://www.gundersenmotorsport.com/images/941.jpg

If I didn`t have that great deal with wheels I wouldn`t have considered any wheels as expensive as those Work wheels.
They will get a special machine from US to make exhaust in may, and they will use my car to test build.

I`ll take pictures every time a new mod is installed. Soon make a homepage for my TT and my friends cars (none of them have TT yet, but they do have some greats cars).

Yes I think it would work telling them that you got hit by a car! And if they start to ask questions about it, just say that it was already mounted when you bought your car!

Yes I think the KW will be fine if you arent going for some serious trackdriving! ACE will probably mount it anyway, but you should really go and see him in march if you have the possibility, late april and the whole summer he has loads of work so it could be hard to get him to it then!

Ive got sparco seats, Pelle75 got me a real nice price on them aswell, so send him a PM and ask! He lives in the same town as ACE! But I bought the sparco pro2000 since I dont have a backseat! I think the sparco seats will fit nicely in your car!

    BR /Nicke

Ps. Go for the work wheels
