As no one replayed, I will try to give some inputs.

But let me say this first:

I'm guessing it is not for you, but for your wife and boy. Since my two weeks old dauther - i have a new look at Audis - SIZE is all that matters: maxi cosi, maxi speedi, dreami... either my car shrank or we move more "items" with us

Therefore - back to topic - the A3 Sportback is good looking, and practical (baby -> 4 doors), but try your baby carriage in the trunk first.

As the RS6.com admin, you need the Ambition package (sports seats, wheels...

You might like the S-Line Package

The DVD-Navi is very good (MP3, SD-Cards, MMI oriented user interface)

The sunshades for the backdoors - cost more - look much better than the bears/cats from the next "home depot"
The rear sunshade is standard in the Ambition package

If you take the DVD-Navi, considider the telephone integration + multifunctional 3-spoke wheel.

Regarding the Engine-Gersbox combo, I've driven the A3 with the engine - it is a very good engine for day to day deriving (and a lot of torque: 320).

I did not drive the DSG yet, but the comments I've read so far are very positive. I think you cannot go wrong with this combination.

Good luck with your decision and the best wishes to your family

the 2.0TDI engine is lovely... it really is... the pull in 2nd gear from 2500rpm is sublime... i assume its the 140hp one... 320nm or so if im not mistaking

however, you might want to tune it just a tad so you'll get 185hp from it... then it would be very fun to drive...

have fun with your new car...

Yup. I bought my A6 2.7T a couple of years back from him.
Couldn't stand the poor service delivered by Audi Stockholm, and Daniel offered the best price.
I'm going to give him a call this week for a quote.

OK, I'm ready to go ahead and buy one very soon...

Are there more pictures of A3s or A3 Sportbacks?

Looking for pics of A3 in silver, Avus silver, misano red and also with the roof rails (think black is better).

    More inputs please!

    THANKS!
