    NEW! A8 Sportback

Audi has decided to built a new version of the A8 to move in a new niche. The sportback ( Spotbacks are less wagon like than Avants are more like a coupé) has the same engines as the A8 and some new ones (wich will come to the normal A8, too). release is 2006.

    engines:

    S8 5,2 V10 420 Hp
    RS8 W12 550 Hp (not completly decided)

This A8 Sportsback is so ugly..... don't know any fitting expression in englisch. Perhaps s.th. like 'bullshit' would be the right one. The sedan is such a nice car but what the hell is that ???? Even the smallest molecule inside my brain is against this version of the A8. But a RS8 would be great

something more in line with the avantissimo concept would be a better alternative version to the A8.

Quite awkward looking indeed. The avantissimo concept looks much more appealing.

noooo.. not the A8.. was there a need to do that to the sedan/saloon?

was any1 out there complaining that they should make a sportback version of the A8?

i dont know... doesnt look right to me.

what else do u gain with the sportback shape.. a little more head room for objects in the trunk (suppposedly of a sedan)?

    weird

Audi designers should know better. I mean look at it... its a giant egg. Ohh i think the RS8 is going to be the V10 Biturbo.. because if im correct... Audi is planning on making all the S cars naturally aspirated and the RS cars will be the same engine as the coressponding S car with Biturbo
