    OEM Intercoolers for sale

Did a major refresh on the RS last couple months and had these repaired by my local shop when I didn't think I could find any new OEM units. After my interplanetary search I found two in Slovenia of all places. Anyway He used a combination of techniques but basically smoke tested them, Marked the leaks and then put a negative pressure on the intercoolers and vacuumed in the epoxy. Pressure tested at 20 PSI. Smoke tested again and no leaks. The leaks we not to terribly bad to begin with.

Now of course I don't know if they would last 2000 miles or twenty thousand miles but he got pretty serious about the repair and I feel like he did a pretty sweet job.

Anyway I paid him 450.00 for the repair so would sell for the same just to recoup the expense

    PM if interested

    Thanks

Any way you could measure them. And give me the measurements. I'm in the process of a C5 A6 build. Fully built motor. Rods, bearings, over bore. The works. And big big turbos. And I don't wanna do fmic. And rs6 Smic are large enough to cool what I'm gonna be doing. I'm interested. But I'd hate to buy them. And they be too big. I don't wanna have to cut a ton outta my bumper. I know they're larger than my factory. I just don't know how much larger. Any info would be awesome.

Edit: I'm new to this forum. But not new to Audi and Audizine. AndMuggy has met me. It's his old A6 I'm building up.

    OK let’s see. Cores are 8 1/4 tall and 10 1/2 wide and 2 1/2 deep.

Overall from outside of intake to outside of outlet is 17

Overall depth core and intake and outlet is 7 3/4

Hopefully that helps. Let me know if you need more info.

    Thanks

Tyvm. I'll be over at my garage tomorrow afternoon. I'll measure and make sure I can use them. If I can and not have to cut out a ton of bumper. I'll take them.
