Update:

So I did get off - Yes a major PITA !

A big Thanks to Bethridg and Bigglezworth for their tips!!

So now the reinstall.

So on trying to replace the orings on the fuel injectors, the bottom disc feature broke. Can this be replaced by itself ? New injectors are like $125 - $185 ea.
