    Battery dead rns-e issues

I think I did a post on this already but raising the issue again. My battery went dead and now my rns-e doesn't work. It displays everything on the screen but doesn't output any sound. I don't have vagcom but my indy said it probably needs a different code because it is going and looking for an external amp and stuff. Does anyone know what code wed need to tell it to lie to it. Do I have to get that one gure guy to respond. Thanks!
RS6 #1 904959, Daytona, Silver, tons of "stuff," went through puddle, dead engine, end of #1 for me, rebuilt by local enthusiast and thriving.
RS6 #2 904568, Avus, Ebony, no stuff, stock minus RNS-E.

I'll post vag com screen prints tonight but I can try to answer anything in the meantime via looking at them on my phone.

So my Indy has tried every combo of software coding and no matter what we still get this message. Did I fry something when the dead/old battery was on the battery tender?
