These SSAC pipes have high flow cats, not catless. Correct? Is there any gains with high flow cat?

Per Sean @ Silly Rabbit when I ordered mine.
These do not have pre-cats like the stock downpipes.Wanted to mention these come with cats. If you don't need cats we would hollow them out for you.
Check out the following thread regarding any potential gains. Tldr; remove pre-cats & call it a day unless you want more noise.
