    Power Steering pump - update

So I got the replacement pump installed on Saturday - and now have power steering back ! So it turns out the first pump was a dud. Being the second time having to tear into it, I was able to get the the entire project done in about 5 hours and far fewer choice words.

I used a ZF Brand (which is what is in the car) - it is re-manufactured, with a life time warranty.

Yeah, Also I learned that O'Rileys sells the same pump same warranty fro $50 less than Autozone. I asked if Autozone would price match and because it is a "special order" they could not, I really gave them an earful on the fact that I had to tear into it again, etc.
