Buy two of the R8 front sets and you should be good to go. You would be into 19s for less weight than light 18s. Granted you will pay through the nose. I believe these are the same wheels as the Mustang GT 350R.

Nene, as purveyor of pricey (nice) wheels, these sound up your alley.

RS6 #1 904959, Daytona, Silver, tons of "stuff," went through puddle, dead engine, end of #1 for me, rebuilt by local enthusiast and thriving.
RS6 #2 904568, Avus, Ebony, no stuff, stock minus RNS-E.

I would be afraid to have a set of CF wheels on such a heavy car.

For what reason, dynamics? Aren't they stronger than any forged set?

A few years back I was looking for someone to build me something similar to what Jag F-Type prototype came with, which was metal and CF blades, but I could not find someone willing to do so, at any price. I gave up on CF wheels in general for a while. But the future is still up in the air.
