All kidding aside, kudos to those that made this work any other way. I have a set of those pivoting ratchet heads. Get it on there, and twist with your pinky. Bent wrench, same. Maybe you can get at it from the bottom. I'll find out soon. I wasn't far from just planning to cut the mount to pieces until it was gone!
