Paging 10secS4 to the white courtesy phone

Anyone have good contact info? Need to tune out the entire SAI system. Have removed everything, replaced solenoid with known working, and looped vac line on solenoid, STILL getting insufficient flow and CEL. need to get this resolved ASAP before VA safety and emissions inspection, automatic fail for CEL even when it's this useless system.

I have had this tune for over 5 years and have had the SAI system removed on each of the cars that runs the tune. I NEVER get a CEL or throw a code....

Which begs the question...is it already coded out? Tune type shouldn't matter at all, SAI leak is a leak.

I can't answer that. I just know that I have the SAI removed in it's entirety from the engine bay, and never get a CEL nor any codes from VAGCOM.

Do you still have the solenoid / flow sensor with a vac loop on it? That's all that's left of SAI in my engine bay, and yes I did cap the SAI ports on the heads with the 034 aluminum blockoff plate kit.

I have the solenoid yes, but I don't have it "looped". The end that points to the fire wall and split in to a tee to pull vacuum from both Combi valves on the back of the cylinder heads is "capped" (or in my case, I simply removed the one portion of line fron the tee to the drivers side valve, and took the other line from the tee feeding theh passnger valve and plugged it back on to the other end of the tee I took the drivers side line off of). So effectively capping the line. I spent no time checking where the other line leaving the solenoid runs to and was merely looking to rid an open vacuum source.
