    Klassen M53R

The wheels have arrived. They are 20lbs each without tires. The color is Ceramic Brushed Satin. Size is 19x9.5 et30. I'll have to check fitment in the next couple of days before I mount any tires on them.
A couple of pix of the wheels just as they arrived. The pattern will allow to see those massive Mov'it brakes.
I'll post more as I move forward with the process of installation.

Very nice! Like a cross between RS4 and VMR710, classy. Those spokes look thin! You're a daring man driving those around Boston.

Nice looking wheels. And you know I like Forged A full pound lighter than my BBS wheels and they're wider too.

Those look really nice! Perfect fitment. What size are those tires? 265/35?

Based on the great assistance from the forum I decided to go with 265x35.

I ordered them from Eric at SupremePower.com
That is where I ordered my HREs from as well, and they have been great to work with.

No spacers required with this setup. It clears both front and rear brakes.

    Nene,

Looks great! You have any issues with pot holes?

I got the HREs in 2006 and they have never bent. I found a curb that caused a bit of rash in 1 wheel, but that was it.
Honestly I've been driving the car mostly on the same commute and I kind of know where to go given the familiarity of the roads I am driving in.
Driving around with 19" and a sportier suspension takes a bit of getting used to. I think I've just been mostly lucky and been as careful as I can. Some of the potholes up here in New England would cause the same damage whether you run 18" or 19" wheels.

The HREs were great and strong. Hope the new Klassen will be just as great.
