    Gun Just a quick hello from Denmark and my 2 hand RS6 Avant

    Hello

    I picked up a nice Avant last year all i all in good working condition 237K km

    But it needs to have some Work done now,gearbox is not broken but shows sign of repairs,new bilstein is on the way as DRC is not in good shape anymore

    Nice, keep us posted on the repairs. Is the Miltek the Resonated or non-resonated? Miltek Downpipes too? With or without Catalytic converters?

    Miltek was mounted when i got the car so dont know but it's a bit noisy in the good way,cats still there

    New Wheels waiting for summer and the old RS6 is refurb and painted in a litle darker grey,

    What is that interesting looking "cage" behind the driver's side seat?

    Taxes are high in Denmark so it's a Van= no backseats so it's a Cage/wall to protect the driver from all the crap in the back in case of a fast stop/accident

    We have a very high tax on cars,the car new in 2003 was just over 300K$ in Denmark with all the seats in about a 180K$ as a van.

    Yes i think the Stance six will look good and the dark color for not shoving all the brakedust

    It might be reasonable if you took out all of the seats except the drivers!

    Repairs have started,going to the garage on Friday to have new windshield and timingbelt+waterpump changed. Total aprox 1700$
    3 year waranty on parts for timing and pump.

    So i finally got the garage to Mount the Bilstein B14 and told them not to lower to much,i guess they didnt understand what i said

    Needs to go up just a little so it can pass my driveway and sit in the garageClick image for larger version.

    Yea, need to go up at least 1cm in the front and a 1/2cm in the rear. Car is better more level and not at a sloped angle.

    So i just got it up a Little in the front need to let i sit a few days before a final ajustment
