Anyone have one of the Kohlenstoff front lips hanging out not in use that they want to unload?

Don't think I"ve seen one of those lips before. Certainly different.

Hmm, looks exactly like the carbon fiber one I bought from Stephen on here a while back. I don't know if he did a group buy of this product or had them made.

I have mine off my car currently. I will probably keep it though.

I was a little surprised how tight it fit...at least the one I bought. Certainly scratched up the front cap taking it off. It also felt like the carbon fiber was going to crack taking it off. I think I would rather have the FRP version. Fiberglass that bends if that is what FRP means on that website. Shine Auto (US) products sell air dams made with FRP. I have one on my RX7. Bends and pops back into shape.

If you get one, put paint protection film on your car first...

That conversion is about $600.00 plus shipping from Japan....a lot!

I paid Stephen $1500.00 shipped for his last one available.

I am glad to know this is available!!

I bought one from Stephen, had it painted Daytona, except for the bottom center bar which I left naked Carbon. Clear coated and Clear Bra'd. Then I epoxy foamed in a 3/8 diameter aluminum round bar in all along the bottom to give it a chance against a possum or something.

Then I "pretended" it was installed for about a year, so I became super aware of what I was parking in front of. I estimate I have about 5" of ground clearance, which means if my wife were to start driving my car, the spoiler would be destroyed within the week.

I like it. It really blunts - in a sporty and aggressive way - the front of the car.

And yes. FIT IS TIGHT. There are two small cracks at the top of the outermost bend where it wraps the fender. They have not propagated.

After the price I paid to Stephen, and the custom paint and clearbra, I don't even want to think about the $$$ I have into it......

Does that lip require running foglights? From the pic on the site, it looks like the lip is molded around the foglight/mesh section pretty closely. Can anyone provide closeup shots?

I would pay 1k for it as long as its in awesome shape

I am in a moderate hurry, not too bad. Trying to get my car to paint before end of the year, and want to have one of these painted at the same time as the rest of the car

I have the Wagner fog delete grilles and had to trim about 1" of the carbon from the fog light area to make it fit. Don't have any closeups as I'm not home right now, but here are some pics with it mounted...
