Wheels/tires in good shape? Trying to avoid taking a $1250 hit to replace my summer tires...

wheels are good and tires. 265/40/19 but sale pending. Friday guy should be picking them up. Lock is available. But at this point keeping the lock because car runs and drives and need hatch to be closed for winter, the car is outside.
