Seems very long for an A6 Avant. That is more like a A8 Avant if you ask me.

This is definately the most beautiful station wagon I´ve ever seen.. in the magazin the pictures look a bit better.. don`t know why.. perhaps it`s because of the size.. one page ahead you can see the 5series touring.. well also a very nice car.. too bad for mercedes with their ugly and boring e-class.. never seen a more boring car than this, but the audi is amazing.. everything is just on the right place.. especially those taillights are very nice...

do you have also some pics of the a3 sportback (a very nice car, too)

That's probably the closest thing we've seen yet. It's not a p-shopped A8, note the moulding on the bottom of the door sills - the A8 doesn't curve upwards that way to meet the rear bumper mouldings.

Also, the grille isn't an A8 grille. It does look similar to the W12's grille, but the new A6 is bound to look like that - check out Audi UK's new A6 teaser page. See the spinning line drawing? See the new A6 logo? Recognise that shape from somewhere?

Generally, I like the new look. I'm still on the fence with the "fly catcher" grill. IMO, It looks like a beast with it's mouth open wide ...

It's smooth, maybe too smooth to be an Audi.

I'll have to see it in person before I start criticising it.
