Any assistance appreciated as always ...

Short story : as previously posted, replaced purge valve and engine coolant temp sensor ... did not disconnect the battery prior thereto.

Already had EGT codes, now have following codes (and ESP + MIL lights on):

    address 01: Engine Labels: 077-907-558-BCY.lbl
    Part No: 4D1 907 558 D
    Component: 4.2l V8/5VT G 0003
    Coding: 0006752
    Shop #: WSC 02195 785 00200
    VCID: 2F660368BDB0736632D-50C8

    6 Faults Found:
    16486 - Mass Air Flow Sensor (G70)
    P0102 - 002 - Signal too Low - MIL ON
    17861 - Exhaust Gas Temp Sensor 1 (G235)
    P1453 - 001 - Open or Short to Plus
    17865 - Exhaust Gas Temp Sensor 2 (G236)
    P1457 - 001 - Open or Short to Plus
    17547 - Fuel Trim: Bank 2 (Add)
    P1139 - 002 - System too Rich - MIL ON
    17545 - Fuel Trim: Bank 1 (Add)
    P1137 - 002 - System too Rich - Intermittent - MIL ON
    18010 - Power Supply Terminal 30
    P1602 - 002 - Voltage too Low - Intermittent
    Readiness: 0010 1101

Address 02: Auto Trans Labels: 01L-927-156.lbl
    Part No: 4B0 927 156 FL
    Component: AG5 01L 4.2l5VT USA 0305

    Shop #: WSC 02195 785 00200
    VCID: 76E8F60C026A02AEB1B-50C8

    1 Fault Found:
    18265 - Load Signal
    P1857 - 003 - Error Message from ECU

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Address 03: ABS Brakes Labels: 4B0-614-517.lbl
    Part No: 4B0 614 517 AD
    Component: ESP 5.7 RS 6 2310
    Coding: 06697
    Shop #: WSC 02195
    VCID: 63CEBF58F1F88706E65-50AC

    1 Fault Found:
    18265 - Load Signal
    P1857 - 35-00 - Error Message from ECU

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Q's:

    A) Is 2 x "18265 - Load Signal P1857 - 003 - Error Message from ECU" likely a result of not having disconnected the battery prior replacing the purge valve / temp sensor? If so, is there a remedy? I subsequently disconnected/reconnected the battery, tried clearing codes, no change. No such codes were there prior to my "repair."

    B) The MAF flow sensor code - could that be an issue of the wiring to the MAF, which I had to disconnect in order to replace the coolant temp sensor? The protective rubber sleeve was ripped away on the plug, but i didn't see any obvious issue with the wiring.

    C) Any thoughts about "18010 - Power Supply Terminal 30 P1602 - 002 - Voltage too Low - Intermittent" ?

    Thanks all.

Looks like for the MAF's at least they may not be seated correctly, air bypassing the MAF? Check to see if their seated, doubt both MAF's wiring could get messed up at the same time so wiring is probably sound. You didn't touch the EGT sensor plugs on the firewall did you? I would check the MAF's first, reseat, clear codes and then see what comes back after running it. If your battery is a little weak you can get the power supply terminal fault while running a scan. The best way, and the shop manual way is to always plug in a batter charger before hooking up and running the codes.

Mass air readings are key in load calculation, so the faults in the tcm and abs are likely caused by this. Post up fuel trims(MVB 32) and MAF readings(individual, not the combined reading)

No, did not touch the EGT's. They were previously giving off codes. I may check to see if the soldering has degraded after sorting out these other issues.

Ref battery charger comment, to understand you correctly are you suggesting to have the charger connected while running the engine/checking for codes?
