    Kind of a silly test.

UK doesn't even get the AWD E63 variant and the E63 they did test wasn't even an S Line.

Link to UK Mercedes E63 AMG specs, scroll to the bottom and you can compare the S-line to the standard car. Iconcls, why would the S-line be heavier? I though it was just more boost and a few more badges and trim pieces? Showing 55lbs more, not a lot but must have something more added. Buying a US model 4-matic E63 AMG is cheaper by far than if you lived in the UK, maybe we are lucky the dollar is in the dumps worldwide with our market up, it's a great car deal. If I like the looks I would be tempted, drove the older model but not the new one.

S-Line has AWD standard in US and other performance bits like limited-slip differential.

Forgot the link. The UK model is 55lbs heavier for the S-line. The U.S. 4-matic is 350lbs heavier which would obviously be for the AWD.

    '02 S6 Avant Silver - Pokey | Carbon Black/Ebony RS6 w/ stuff - darn quick | '03 Daytona Grey/Ebony RS6 w/ more stuff - quicker yet | '91 NSX CDN issue with 6spd & BBSC - quicker yet and then some | '87 Buick GNX OEM clone w/ lots of stuff - quickest hands down
