    517 Trans

Long time with no comment from me..........so am sorry.
i finally bit the bullet and replaced my chocolate box with a 517 one, not easy when I am the wrong side of the pond
Anyway she is now up and running again after my local audi dealer fitted the Trans.

shheee I cannot believe it is almost a year since the box failed but on the plus side I only have a hundred miles to do before the running in is complete

Glad it's running again! Thanks for the update. Having the whole power steering debacle sucked too. I figure a month or so in the garage each year is about right.

So you've got the Loba cams, hybrid turbos right, anything else besides tune? What Dyno did you get the ~900nm torque on?

Remember how small these clutch packs are, even upgraded, don't break it again...

    Hahahahahaha I hope I won't

Most of what I have done is here but I now have c6 front and rear discs, c6 front calipers and hi spec monster rear calipers c6 oem pads and performance friction 97 pads. Oh and of course that damn new steering rack which was on back order and took almost a month to appear due to Christmas and new year closure!
