    So it sounds like I need to seal the existing secondary O2 bung and have one installed after the main cat then? Guess I should have that done now since the pipes are off. Is there enough slack in the existing secondary O2 line to move it?

    Can be done afterwards at a muffler shop too, but nice to have done now while you have it apart. You can either chose to have the calatyst sensors coded out or you will need to move them behind the secondar set of cats yes.
