Door card part numbers

Folks,

I need a new drivers door card, the strip that sits next to the window decided to get stuck to the window on the way up.... Maybe there is something wrong with the window tracks as well.

Nevertheless, since I am doing it, I thought I would do all four and try to get the rears with the roller blinds.

Anyone have the right part numbers for the fronts and the rears with the roller blinds?

These are the roller blind, but the door card is also different between the two. I also think that maybe the roller blind card comes with the blind??
