"Just the tip" as they say? Will it be stamped "Milltek"? I am possibly looking at a used one some distance from me but I can't hear it and the owner doesn't know if it's Milltek or not. What are the tip dimensions and is that a sufficient way to tell?
The milltek muffler should have a metal plate stamped with milltek. You can see it in the pic on this thread on the front edge of the muffler...

Milltek tips are larger and fill the opening in the bumper much better.
Also, the SE exhaust sounds like a pack of angry warthogs coming at you from 40 feet away. Milltek sounds like a pack of angry warthogs coming at you from 10 feet away. Hope that clears it up.
