    Motor Show in Bologna

Today I have visited the Motor Show in Bologna and got the chance to see for the first time in real life one of the future and most important competitor to the MB E63 AMG and the BMW M5. The Audi S6 Avant. I must say that the car is quite attractive, has many things in common with the BMW even though, IMO would be more appropriate to compare it with the 550i with Msport package themn the M5.
The only thing I must say Audi is still too green is the HUD. It looks like an cheap aftermarket put on the top of the dashboard.

    Here are some photos.

Thanks for the pics! I've heard that the actual HUD is very readable and user friendly, no?

It is, but the projector housing (don't know how to call it) itself looks kinda ridiculous...

Looks like a 1980's fax machine

its not far off from what BMWs HUD looks like (ugly box wise). a bit bigger and more noticeable for sure tho.
