My friend had these (in the dark grey color) on his Rs6 that he recently sold...he did not experience any bends in the 4+ years he had them on his car.

Not sure if they are any more or less strong than other 19" rims but they served him well here in CT with our so-so roads. Go for it !

Have these on my car and find them to be perfectly adequate but supposedly they weigh a lot more than stock rims. I don't think they would be any more prone to bending than any other wheel though....

I had a set of these that I recently sold to PALETTE on this forum, perhaps he will chime in. Fantastic looking wheel, if not the best looking for the C5 RS6, IMHO. I don't think they are any more prone to bending than any other wheel. The only negative for me was the weight. They are very heavy compared to the many available forged aluminum aftermarket wheels.

Yup great wheel. Thanks to DMROSS I now own a set. So lets be brutally honest do you plan on picking them up and throwing them at someone? They may weigh 4-5 lbs more then stock but they are strong,19" and look good. So they rob you of 10-15 whp so what. A good tune will fix that. If you have the chance get them. They are great rims and everyone that sees mybcar seam to say the same.

The seller sells them because the wheels touched the inner side of the wheelarches...
His car is lowered with kw v3.
Or he wants to get rid of it because of the knobly thing...???
But on the mtm site, it should work with 275/30/19 tyres...
He wants 18 inches because of that.

Are they even havier then 20 inch c6 rims?

best pic i can find. ive had mine for 6-7 years. and yes they do bend sometimes. ive had mine straitened about every 3 years. if u live in the city use 255/35. if ur roads are good around u u can use 275/30, but its rougher in the city. but im fine on coil overs. and yess they are heavy, u can feel them. hope that helps...

If I had to make a choice, I would pick bending a wheel over having one break. I'm sure the alloy, process, & wheel design have played a big part in developing this wheel for such a heavy car capable of high speeds. They are beautiful. I've been looking for wheels like these but lighter. I haven't found them yet. Most are designed for lighter cars or are cost prohibitive.
