    RS 5 pace car blamed for accident...

    Is it really safety cars driver fault...

    I'm not sure about that! The SC goes back into the pit lane. It should not have been on the straight unless they tell him so... Plus there were yellow flags all over. Yellow is not a colour you see at start unless something is wrong. My take is that the car was asked to stay out and the button to give green lights was wrongly pushed. But I have doubts as the yellow lights of the SC were off... I guess we will never know.

    Mmmmm....my guess is that the driver was not informed.

    I heard a rumor they were supposed to do 2 (TWO) warm up laps, in that case it's the guy who pressed the lamps to go "GREEN".

    No matter who's to blame, there appeared to be no communication between the pace car and the guy who threw the switch and started the race. In fact when you watch it back you can clearly see waving yellow flags, so I don't see how the pace driver can't be blamed for this.

    A very expensive F@ck up if you ask me.
