    josh, the level 10 that I am installing with level 10TQ is rated 700+....my mechanic told me the PO of the RS6 paid almost $10k
    Ebony/Black, DBR Stage 3 race kit, -SOLD :( 996TT Proto 650 basically a sardine can with a rocket attached to the back...11' CTS-V, 540/579RWP hehehehe ;)

    Is that in Canadian dollars? If so, isn't that like $47.50? (Kidding! I know the exchange rate is pretty much par these days!)

    Seriously, though, I'm sorry you cooked your tranny. That's what warranties are for, eh? I'm sure you'll be out terrorizing the Great White North again soon.

    While the Engine was out I was going for Larger Turbo's. A Loba Hybrid Turbo kit from Germany was going to run in Excess of $4000.00. In addition to that a Low compression Head Gasket is required as well as additional fueling. All that with a good Map may get you 600-650hp. Oh! and lets not forget a beefed up Tranny is also required which my Warranty company was not going to cover. So the expense is extreme. Is it worth it? Your call. For me If I can get 520-530hp and about 550-600 ft lb of torque at the wheels I'll be happy. My Torque converter and Valve body are OEM since that's all the Warranty company would cover. Whether these beefed up TC's and Tranny's are actually better, I don't know. But If I blow this one, at least I'll be covered. Just food for thought...............

    Its worth it if ur able to p/u up a wrecked RS6 w/ 50k miles on clock, relatively new stage 3 DBR kit, level 10 tranny all for $500 bucks....sold my old engine tranny set up, out of pocket for the special sauce $500.00+ $4k in labor.......sorry I am not gloating, lucky yes
