RS4 - Mileage and age related issues

Hello everyone,

I have recently reached 110,000 km with my RS4 B7 Sedan. So far I have had no issues aside from brakes replacements. I was wondering if any of you had done the same amount of km or more and what kind of problems you might have had if at all?!?

Probably a good thing to do would be to open the top prt of the engien and clean all the carbon build up. at your mileage you are very likely to go and get 30hp easy...
