    Moving to Albany NY

    Hello all. Well I finally am going to be able to settle down and stop traveling constantly. I will be moving soon to the Albany area and was wondering who from the board is local??

    Thanks -- I used to fly with my cousin out of Preston Airport / Marlboro Airport (cool link) and Monmouth County. I have been all around your area. Mom lives east of you in Mercer County.

    1.5 hrs south of Albany. When are you moving to the Albany area? There are a few more in CT. One of these days we'll have to do a get-together.

    Welcome to the area ! Where are you coming from? I'm about 1.5 hrs to the southeast....I hope you bring a shovel or 2 !!

    My house got 28" of snow yesterday....bud in Valatine, NY which is near Albany got 14" plus he said. Quattro weather for sure.

    Yes, definitely, let's get a GTG going in the spring.

    Toronto Canada to Albany New York Driving is 391mi/630 km (about 6 hours 26 mins) not to close but heck who knows. When i drive to Jersey or NYC

    Hello all -- thanks for the replys. The car goes to the shipper first thing tomorrow morning and I head for the Minneapolis airport right after that. Once I find a place I will be moving everything else.

    Glad to hear you're getting settled in, and the new position is panning out well James. You're going to miss out on the next round of upgrades come spring though!
