I see the picture is from bad quality!
The original picture is about 400kB and looks very smoothy I try to do better!

Anyone know how I can make a picture from 400kB a picture of around the 150kB? without losing its sharpness

Using Photoshop: Decrease the physical size, but keep the pixel Quality as high as possible. Match this up to an 'artificial' size of 150kb. Hope it helps!
If not, drop me a PM and I'll do the re-sizing.

Photoshop has a feature called "save for web."
Not sure what I'd do without it.

The last photo I showed was resized like you written, so maybe its to difficult for me:mad:
But Klint in a PM you can't send a picture or I'm wrong? and had it even a max of 125 Kb or not ?
Hope you can help me.

In photoshop, first resize picture then save for web.
I manage to get decent quality and 800 pixels wide, you've seen them.
