No shit! I saw this thread awhile back, and despite being a 4.2, It has to be the most tastefully done A6 that I've ever seen. The wheel fitment is spot on, this car makes me drool.

Kinda made sense to me on a 4.2.

But I also think babies with tattoos on their hands look just plain ridiculous.

Only thing I can say is a touch too low and needs to get rid of the RNS-D & get a RNS-E.

I think it looks good, but with all that work to make it look RS6-like, that original door trim just spoils the effort IMO.

No, but I was the OP.

I guess you didn't get that my tongue was in my cheek when I called your ridiculous avatar ridiculous.

Please post your best looking C5 ever so I can point out which part of it isn't to my taste.

I think it was a 'spec' ad, SAF...

Regardless, somebody post up their fave C5 other than this one.
Not to be critiqued, but to celebrate the form.

For those too lazy to click, here's a shot of the OP car.

    It's all downhill from there.

I don't think the door blades look like crap at all, but, I have to agree with SAF that RS 6 rocker panels would have been a little better (IMHO). But nicely done overall.

IMHO, the door blades add character, lets you know it's not THE Beast but a beast in it's own right.

The guy did not put RS6 emblems on the car.

For that fact. I give him thumbs up. He is not a poser but wanted a particular look. A very good job of it.
