i was wrong. it is fresh. new. but very unsexy and uninspiring in appearance. it is too RETROmodern rather than retroMODERN. mmmh. let's see what the engine specs are. i can't swallow that design.
    Past- A4, TT, S4

Yeah, it looks great although a bit unfinished, too sketchy... Like they did it in last minute! Maybe it's the color...

The more I see it, the more I love it!

And the minimalist interior is just astonishing:

Just read the spec of the car, well the spec that came with the photos because until Audi officially release the info I will always have my doubts. Anyway, 900lbs less than the RS5, running the same engine as the TTRS but will more boost (408PS), a 6 speed manual instead of the dual clutch but it gets the full RS5 drivetrain complete with sportdiff. No weight distribution figures but looking at the short tail overhang and the normal front I can only assume it won't be any better than the normal 56/44 percentage on the rest of the A5 range.

    P.S.
    I forgot to add 0-60mph in 3.9s and 33mpg.

For 2 years i've been complaining about the tamed styling of new Audi's and now when they deliver i find it a little quirky, probably it will grow on me. The 1300kg weight is WOW.

Agree with you. It looks like a car for 18 years old kid.

Specs? Manual only? Hmm... If they build it price will be at RS5 level...

This was a positive surprise, but I partly agree on the design - stunning from the front and front 3/4 but a bit tame from the side and rear. Would have hoped for an even better 0-100 time and a DSG box..

I think its absolutely perfect. The design might be for an 18 year old but I think it appeals to all of us that feels like we are 18 inside

    Thank you Audi!

    Dear Friends,

concept cars never apply to the final production version and are most of time over exaggerated. You might want to notice that the concept shows the inline 5 engine in a longitudinal layout for the first time. The manual applies to the initial Sportquattro´s setup, as well as the weight. Adding the 7 speed S-tronic is not a problem but will add some weight (~50KG).

Qisha, will the final production version have two small rear seats, like the Sport Quattro, or will it remain strictly a two-seater?

    Thanks in advance.
