Can RSN-E Functions be Modified w/VCDS?

Gents,

Sorry for the dry material, but there's one beef I have with my RSN-E that I can't seem to get over: The main selection knob operates counter clockwise from what it should (i.e- clockwise turns = tune/scroll "up", and counterclockwise turns tune/scroll down).
As a new VCDS owner, I'm not yet versed in just exactly what it's capabilities are, but I'd like to change this if possible. Any idea if VCDS is capable of it, and if so.....how?
