Woot woot! Just finished putting her back together. Raped ape!

Well, starter at 5pm today, and with an hour and a half of break time wrapped her up at 2:30am. Runs like a beast once more, and no more smell of coolant! The after run pump was toast, leaking everywhere, and the electronics inside were literally baked with antifreeze. If you are in there, manifold out do yourself the favor or replacing it and the two way air pump before they fail. The air pump is a joke, stock one at least. The revised one is much better built, and is designed not to fail as the stock one does/did.

I got to say, if the same issue ever happened again it would be going to the shop. That was the biggest pain in the ass of a job ive ever had to do, but don't take my word for it!

Congrats on getting her back on the road. May the problem free force be with you from here on out. What is the air pump your talking about? The secondary pump in the right side of the engine compartment or the Venturi piece under the intake manifold?

Venturi piece, the back of it poped out. The new version has a cap going over the entire end, so looks much more reliable.
