When I originally bought my car I said I would keep it for 3 years and move on, or keep it for nearly 20 years like my first 911. I've decided to stick with the first option. Since I took delivery 3 years ago next week, the time has come. It has 2 years of warranty left, I replaced all the usual wear items, it's well cared for and is now dyno proven to be running correctly, and with a recent Eurocharge tune a real blast to drive. Just under 50k miles, looking to get low 30's, PM me for detailed service history. I'll be getting it detailed soon and taking fresh pics after that.
I have come to accept that anything even within 1.5 times my ability to afford it will be a performance let down and I have my eye on several vintage trucks that I can use for my business (read immediate deduction) and won't even be a temptation to try and drive like the beast begged. Right now I have neither the time, money nor garage space for 2 vehicles, so the RS needs to find a loving home.
I'm sure I'll still lurk on here either for picture Friday or just to harass MaxRS6 and DHall1 but not nearly as much. As a result I'll have more time to devote to my wife who I am told has been spending a lot of time in Arkansas, I need to put a stop to that.
