It said 376WHP and 340WTQ...I hope that was stock numbers. If so, 20% drivetrain loss isn't too bad for auto and quattro.
Sounded like an aeroplane and not at all like my RS6 ... do you think the sound track captures more of the dyno than the car?
Incidentally, it showed 372.2 WHP at 6250 rpm, that's 17% loss of 450 bhp at the flywheel ... pretty efficient drive train.
The loss is +/- 57 kW which is exactly the same as the S6 in power figure, but of course not in percentage.
Actually, although many disagree, I don't trust the percentages, where as absolute power losses in hp or kW is in my opinion is more accurate, based on the argument that if 2 cars with the same drive train, gearbox and engine, but with different stages of tuning, will still have the same amount of power losses, regarldless of the flywheel horse power.
