It was a great day at TMS! Thanks Steve and it was nice to meet you, and see your car as it looked great. The folks at TMS put on a great time for us and provided a great evironment. The track was a lot of fun and we had a great group with a nice mix of cars.

It was funny hearing other drivers talking about " that Audi " with a " V8 and Twin Turbo's " and how fast they were.... LoL. ( Coming from more than one person )

The only truly good video I could find:

Me chasing a 2009 TT " with some work " out of NASCAR turn 4 onto the front straight...

You are welcome sir, wish you could have stayed for Motorsports Ranch this coming Saturday... smaller event, we could have had more time to compare cars!

+1- I think we surprised quite a few. I had several drivers come up inquiring about the car, and the "surprise" comments of the performance (i.e. M5 Driver: I was not going to let you get away from me...but I found out I didn't have a choice!- LOL).

It was a lot of fun- and I'll certainly try to make it in Sept if they do it again.

    How where the banks?

If you could improve one thing, what would it be?

............wait, the video shows a YELLOW RS6............ what do I ALWAYS say?!?!?!?

Arrrrrrrr!!!!! I actually had the video camera in the car on the last run...However; I actually hit the record button once too often. I had set it to recording mode while in the queue. Then when we actually started out onto the track, I hit the record button again (turning it off). Its' kind of like the "fish that got away". It was a very good run with some good action. I was looking forward to seeing the replay just to discover my idjuit operation of the camera. Oh well- I have it in my memory banks and it was great fun!

The banks were a lot fun as well as diving back into the infield. The roval layout is a good mix for the RS6 to let the legs out on the relatively long stretch, and then busting into a few tight turns.

I've made some room in the old inbox. Feel free to email me.

Did peeps comment on the lovely V8 roar?
In the video that Steve is in, you could just hear it a bit as it echoed off the grandstand!
