forged about $500 a rim from hartmann. Wouldn't recommend them, they bend to easy.

there've been quite a few complaints about hartmann wheels bending as I recall. Maybe a bit o' false memory but I don't think so...
I have a set of RS6 reps from them on my A8L and had one give in on a not so bad railroad crossing and I'm pretty soft on the car. I was surprised.

I appreciate the pics but damn, can they be a little bit bigger?? ;-D
LOL Duck I'm not sure why they came out sooo small..sorry
I guess there is a reason why the Hartmann forged are $600 and most other forged are $900~$1000 and up.

Like Bigglez and GBG I run 19's in the summer (stock) and 18's in the winter - AT Italia wide 5 spokes w/Dunlop sport SP5000 M3 (ouch). I think the winter wheels look much better than the originals. There's a significant difference in the ride and performance between the two. The winters are a nice ride and great in the winter in the Rocky Mts. but they don't grip in the twisty's, when it's dry, like the summers (duh).
Do you run 8" wide wheels or 8.5" wide?
I Run 20" DPE S20's 9"f 9.5"r. No problems. Not as smooth as OEM but look sweet could try some tire shopping to refine the road noise and feel. Thats all in the tread and compound, to a point. More grip less tire roll noticable. I am very happy with this setup. Can't wait to get the Variants....
