I'm going to do a version of yours before this winter on my OEM 9 spokes that I have my snows on but i'm going to do the lip and the brushed ring in the titanium color too. I really like the dark look of the ti with Daytona and my summers look great.

On Daytona i think the titanium color is enough. Black looks good on black but I don't think it would look that great on Daytona.

Its a nice look. The trim is all painted to match the rims.

if i were forced to vote, I'd say Daytona Grey + black > Black + black

I agree on a C5 RS6 but i do like it on a few RS4s I have seen it on in person here in Chicago and also an S8 here that is all blacked out. I used to not like the full treatment but when done correctly it starting to look good to me.
