    CEL usually comes on.

If you have a VAG-COM AKA VCDS, you can log engine block 003. If the MAFs are dead, your mass airflow readings will be around 0.00 g/s.

I really doubt yours are dead though.

I'm not sure what the gains are with high flow cats, but simply gutting out the OEM pre-cats adds 10-15 HP to a tuned RS6.

You won't gain much with pulleys.

LETS SUMMARIZE REASONABLE MODS (in US and Overseas):

    1. Chip in US (GIAC)?
    2. Filter (ITG)
    3. High Flow pre-cats or NO pre-cats atall?
    4. Remove middle silencer or leave it?
    5. Billet DVs
    Anything else?

Custom ECU in US is a hard find, and the point to make car an everyday rider, not a drag racer. All mods should be reasonable without wasting lot of cash.

i did 460 something awd with stock turbos. so 600 on e85 i could see. heard u need a secound fuel pump. thats what i was told wen i looked into it. and ive seen ported and polished rs6 turbos, but they only get like 50-60 more whell. so might as well good 28s.

GIAC's chip is $2,000 for the RS6. That's a lot of coin for questionable performance.

While my RS6 may do well at drag racing, it's certainly not a drag racer! This has been my daily driver for a while now. It's just as smooth and civilized with my tune as it was when it was stock. No CELs, no drivability quirks, etc. It has 94K miles on it currently and is still going strong!

Who says custom RS6 tuning in the USA is hard to find?

If you are getting stuttering on acceleration or a pause when you first hit the go pedal, yet there is no CEL, have your tech measure the MAF's performance on the meter and see how far apart they read .

Do you happen to have a scan of your dyno sheet or timeslip?

Do you know for sure he had bad DVs? It's strange that he'd make way less power up top than stock. If the DVs were bad, you think it would be limited to the same power up top with both tunes.

Cause same problem was when I initially had GIAC with stock DVs, at the end car slows down, cannot hold boost, we changed DVs and vicaversa happened, it accelerates more on top now

Yeah, I've been meaning to replace my diverter valves for a while now. Just curious, do you have any dyno sheets or other data that you can post? When I replace mine, I'm going to do back to back requested vs actual boost graphs. Should be an interesting little experiment.

Where was the boost leak located?

E85 is a type of fuel containing 85% ethanol. It has a higher octane rating than traditional fuels at the pump. However, on a lot of cars, such as the RS6, it will require bigger fuel injectors, fuel pump(s), and custom tuning to take advantage of it. Also, you burn through E85 a lot quicker than you do with other fuels.

I had little hole in lower intercooler hose

As I understand that's similar to 100 octane in us, I dont think its a mod to consider, since you dont see this fuel often.
