Yes - another brake related issue (rotors this time)

My front pads/rotors are shot. I was reading up on the red-stuff ebc pads - looks promising, but in the name of saving even more money, anyone ever try or have an opinion on the Brembo rotors listed here:

    at bottom of page

Pretty similar specs (oem listed as 365 x 34mm, brembo 330mm x 30mm). One third the price! Opinions/experiences?

You can buy brand new factory rotors for 250ea.

I would not even go down this other road.

Go with OE parts on this car. The thread in D Hall's post will lead you to a guy name Kyle. Use the email you find there and get any parts for this car at an extreme discount. He gets the parts from an Audi Depot in Washington. He can't be beat. Atleast he has not been yet.

generally speaking, i think it's a bad move to go smaller, if there's a larger brembo option, i might opt for that....

I use Movit 370/345 6m kit with sports p2 (yellow) pads but this imho would be overkill for "granny" driving in US

    370x35mm fits 18" stock wheel, 385mm must use 19"
